Fitness Minded is a mobile and in-studio fitness company based out of Dallas TX. The studio is located in the Design District, while are mobile services range from South Lake, Coppell, Flower Mound, Irving, Grapevine, Carrolton and Lewisville. We believe in gradual change that comes from implementing new behavioral modifications over time that will increase progress exponentially a lead to a more fit, healthy, and happy lifestyle.

Our priority is to embody what it means to be a personal trainer by ensuring our science, programming and execution is unmatched.
Services
Broken down into 1 hour sessions, personal training is the best way to gain knowledge, correct form, and see results.
Each sessions will vary based on your goals but typically consist of Cardio, Core, Weight Training, HIIT, and Stretching.
If you are looking to gain knowledge, gain confidence in and out the gym, and see results Fitness Minded PT is for you!
With this program you can track progress, consistency, and have detailed videos on demand if you don't know what a certain exercise is.
Whether you are just getting started or looking for a new challenge, this program will help you see results!
Let us talk about your fitness goals, schedule and current progress, to help build your profile.
It's not as bad as you might think.
It's just to give us an idea of where you currently are.
Some things that will be tested will be mobility, strength, and endurance, but in a save manner to avoid feeling overwhelmed.
Once assessment is complete we now know what plan we should implement.
This will include frequency of exercise, type of exercise (cardio or weights), and of course nutrional guidance.
