Time 2 Train Fitness was started in 2013 by Londa Washington, the head coach. I had my wife as my only client and we were preparing for the 2013 Kentucky muscle. She wanted to compete in the bikini division. While I wanted to flex on stage with the big boys in the bodybuilding division! This would be her first time competing and my 3rd. It was a special preparation in which we had to be in sync like a well oiled machine.
We encouraged each other when the diet was tough, and motivated each other when the gym seemed impossible. Our children even started to adapt the lifestyle and go to bed early lol. It brought us closer together and the positive changes in our appearances didn't hurt either. We both suffered from high blood pressure and our mental states were both at the breaking point.
Some where in this 12 week preparation of eating, sleeping, and exercising we found ourselves and each other again. Our chronic illnesses subsided, and our faith in God strengthened. Take in mind we were both full-time students, worked full-time, and raising 3 children.

I am a NPC competitor and a certified personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
I completed a Master's Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Nutrition from Chicago's Concordia University.
After years of working in a big box gym and helping people get closer to their ideal health and physical fitness, I found that I was more than just a personal fitness trainer.
