North Park Fitness was established in 2008 and has continued to be a staple in the North Park community. We welcome everyone from day one beginners to top-tier athletes. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff is always here to help with fitness needs and questions. Feel free to stop in and visit us! Forrest is a NASM certified personal trainer that lives for health and fitness.

He has a history of participating in team sports as well as coaching. For the past seven years he has been training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and uses various training modalities to stay strong and agile, such as barbells, kettlebells, HIIT and calisthenics. He has learned first-hand how to train with injuries, actively recover and prevent future injury.

He understands what it is like to face setbacks and rebuild from the ground up. Forrest likes physical challenges that require perseverance and discipline to develop a personal blueprint for success that translates to all other areas of life. He believes in a holistic approach to health that encourages a positive relationship between yourself and fitness goals.
