We're committed to getting you in the gym so you can start or continue your fitness journey while balancing a family.
We do not offer childcare services.
However, we are excited to offer a safe place for your children to relax and have fun while you workout.
It is non-supervised so parents are fully responsible for their children at all times.
For their safety, children are not allowed in other areas of the gym during class times (This does not apply to the Bootcamp for Mom's class).

Bootcamp for Moms is a way for new moms or veteran moms to exercise while keeping their little one and kids by their side.
Like all, moms are especially challenged to find time to exercise when taking care of their kids.
