Ballet barre, pilates, yoga & functional movement inspired training will challenge you toward your goals while focusing on form. Yoga soul-inspired meditation is incorporated to help you change the thought processes that are keeping you stuck. In order to seek to better our bodies, we have to better our minds, love our selves, improve our self-image, and commit to actions that follow our dreams.

To be able to seek help when we are in pain, find ways to release stress, be humbled, find community, and be able to laugh. I'm an entrepreneur, dancer, writer, fitness junky, anatomy nerd and a dedicated guide to helping you live life pain-free by moving well with a balanced body. Jessa is a phenomenal trainer! She is an expert in her field. Jessa is very committed to her craft.

She knows the human body. She keeps it fresh and fun by changing up the routine each session so it keeps it challenging as well. She is an exceptional instructor and I highly recommend her. After 4 sessions with Jessa my friends were asking me what I was doing to look so good.

The 30 Days to Healthy Living & Beyond program is designed to help you hit the reset button on your health.
It will give you more of what you want- more energy, more clarity, more confidence and a feeling of overall well-being.
What makes our program unique is our combination of products, people, and purpose.
We do the program in community, and provide education and accountability along the way.
We offer a straightforward system that simply works along with the support you need to succeed.
These session strengthen you for holding your baby, safely prepares you to perform core work for the push and quicker recovery, stabilize your hips by working the right muscles, and gently be guided into soft stretches where it feels good.
MOD Mama addresses alignment and postural changes that occur during and after pregnancy.
The training will guide you through a repertoire of movement and better body awareness each week.
Pilates Mat class utilizing small props such as Thera-Bands, mini-ball, pilates circle and foam rollers.
We do private training to help with pelvic floor issues such as incontinence, C-Section recovery and Diastasis.
We will help you reclaim your core.
Learn to properly pick up, and hold your baby.
Go over everyday activities in good form that may be slowing your healing, reduce inflammation.
These sessions can be done either at our studio or at your house depending on the distance for an additional travel fee.
This is a great option if you don't have childcare help.
