Did you know that EVERY class, amenity, and piece of equipment is open to EVERY member of our gym?! In so many ways. The staff are complete gems, there's room to spread out and do your thing, and they've got classes that range from yoga to boot camps. There's a disco ball, and there's a sauna. It's great. Plus, both locations were once video stores - they've got the drop box and everything.

Being West Coast natives, fitness is an important facet of a healthy lifestyle that we value.
As a result, we went looking in PDX for a gym that would fit our needs.
Our background was in 24-hour video stores, which we decided to transition to athletic clubs.
We now focus 24 hours on fitness and wellness.
We took our business success in other lines to help us create the gym we wanted to work out in.
Our dedicated weight training area has everything you need to design your own daily workout and achieve Peak condition.
Or, if you aren't feeling creative, you can join one of our group weight training classes.
Either way, this fitness area is open to all members as part of your regular membership.

Ray has always lived an active lifestyle.
His love of fitness started in the military and carried over to his civilian life where he enjoys surfing and weightlifting.
He has always had a great understanding that the stronger you get, the easier life gets in almost all aspects.
The effects of strength training can do miracles for joint pains, strengthening bones, reducing injury, and improving sport performance.
Ray believes that training should always be sustainable and progressive.
His training methods will ensure that you will be able to train continuously without injury and always be improving.

At our gyms, everyone pays the same rate.
If you want personal training, of course, you'll need to pay separately for that as the trainers need an income.
But every single class we offer, all the amenities (like our amazing sauna), and every piece of equipment is open to EVERY member of our gym!
