From beginners to recreational athletes, Heather Craig of Body Luv Fitness puts the FUN in "functional fitness." Join her in classes or personal/small group training to experience variety, safety, and RESULTS. She happily lives in Northeast Portland and has been in the fitness industry for a decade. Passionate about "taking it outside, " she leads yearly retreats in Mexico, Booty Luv workshops on the West Coast, and teaches Booty Luv at electronic music festivals.

In addition to personal training, she teaches a variety of group exercise classes, including Pilates Mat, Yoga, Spinning, X-Cycling, TRX Suspension, and her own Booty Luv class. Her enthusiasm is embodied in her motto - "FUN-ctional training for life!" Her mission is to help you develop a POSITIVE relationship with the body while reaching your goals.

Whether you're new to fitness or want to take yourself to the next level let Heather Craig's Body Luv Fitness show you how FUN exercise and eating right can be! For years, I was an inconsistent gym-goer and found most classes boring, unsafe, or repetitive.
