Fitness By Example
Whatever your particular needs, wants or desires are, we here at Fitness by Example will help you accomplish them. Our focus is your focus. Our mission is to educate, motivate and empower you to a life of lasting fitness, through encouraging, stimulating, challenging training sessions and self-awareness techniques. Through trust and time we want to build a relationship that will last a lifetime.

This program is based on mutual respect, trust and giving you the client what you want most. My name is Michael Echevarria, and I own Fitness by Example LLC, a personal fitness training company. As a certified personal trainer and a specialist in fitness for older adults, I have personally trained clients from age 18 to currently 89 years young. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and have numerous testimonials from satisfied clients.

I have been involved in the fitness arena for over 30 years. I began lifting back in 1978 and first competed in powerlifting in 1981. I was a three time Air Force powerlifting champion, 1984-86.

Our fitness philosophy here at Fitness by Example LLC is a simple one; little by little equals a lot.
We will teach you the foundational principals of not just simply losing that unwanted body fat but to keep it off, permanently.
We will show you in small incremental steps so you can incorporate them in your lifestyle so they will become second nature.
In today's get-everything-quick society, we know this goes against the grain with how most of us think.
I want to assure you that if your goal is to lose and keep that weight off, doing it quickly and using the latest diet or newest piece of 'infomercial' equipment, is doomed for failure!
We offer both morning and evening boot camp classes at our outdoor location on Monday's, Wednesday's, Fridays & Saturday's.
The M-W-F sessions are at 6 am & 7:00 am; 5:30 pm & 6:15 pm.
The Saturday morning Tough Mudder training is at 6:30 am in the summer and at 7:30 for the rest of the year be sure to check the schedule.
Saturday's TM training is 60 minutes and be sure to bring gloves for the tug of war!
Our lunch time indoor boot camp is at 12:15 pm every Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
We are located at The Active Living Health Center at 8257 Narcoosee Park Dr., Orlando 32822 The weekday sessions are 30 minutes long and are designed for all ages and fitness levels!
Because not only am I going to help you every step of the way, but when you lose the weight, I will pay for it 100%!
I'm going to help you every step of the way.
I will use all the resources at my disposal to guarantee your success as long as you put in your best effort.
Accountability-I'll educate, support, and guide you every step of the way, applying just the right amount of pressure to make sure you follow through and enjoy the process!.

In September of 2012, I began the Fitness by Example Boot Camp led founder Michael Echevarria, CFT.
I was looking for motivation to reboot my metabolism and, I prefer to exercise outside so, "Boot Camp" sounded like a good choice.
As one who has been involved in many aspects of health and fitness for more than thirty years, I feel qualified to say the Fitness by Example is an exceptional organization.
