Andreini Fitness, LLC is a private fitness studio in the Orlando area that is owned and operated by Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Michael Andreini. The overall goal here is to help our clients reach their fitness goals by developing programs in the gym and in the kitchen that will help them to reach their goals in a safe, effective manner!

Improve wound healing: Studies have shown that high-protein diets can enhance the healing of wounds related to surgery or injury, including bedsores. My name is Michael Andreini, I am the Owner and Coach here at Andreini Fitness.
I'm a graduate from Temple University with certifications from the National Strength & Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS) with additional certifications from the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
Fitness has been a major aspect of my life since I realized how beneficial it could be in regards to my athletics.
As I progressed through life and into college, I began to realize how passionate I was about coaching while interning as the Assistant Video Coordinator for Temple's Women's Basketball Program.
I'm a graduate from Temple University with certifications from the National Strength & Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS) with additional certifications from the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
