We came together in 2013 with a group of fitness professionals who had one goal- help as many people as possible! At Body Design Fitness we believe in a fitness with direction format. We don't fill our walls with equipment and wish you good luck. We provide direction for every aspect of your fitness journey; be it excercise, nutrition or mobility.

Body Design Fitness provides the best in personal training, group training and cutting edge classes. As well as specialized sport specific training and corporate training opportunities. Our Body Design Fitness team had all worked in different fitness facilities and locations.

We had all seen what was wrong with the fitness industry- the myth of out working a bad diet; the short term/fad/starvation/quick fix weight loss strategies; the high priced unbreakable contracts that benefit only the gyms, never solving the problem of health and obesity.

We are not in it for short term fixes or ridiculous promises.
When I first came here, I wasn't sure what to expect.
But now that I've become a member, I could never go back to my old gym!

The trainers are friendly and highly knowledgeable, and I was impressed when they didn't immediately bombard me with the usual sales pitch.
The music is low key, the decor is nice and functional and the people who come here just want to get a workout, that's what it's all about.
We offer a variety of classes that have been developed to get our members engaged and interacting with their fitness goals.
Our classes range from beginner to advanced, so no matter what fitness level you are, you can enjoy your workout!
Metabolic Strong is a dynamic and energy boosting class that uses several different modalities to achieve overall body fitness and strength.
Expect to experience: high intensity resistance training (HIRT), variable endurance intervals (VEI), and incredibly effective power training.
