We are located in Historic Downtown Gresham on 9th in between Kelly and Hood Street. Formally known as CrossFit Gresham, we have expanded into a much bigger facility with more potential for our fast growing community. Being that Gresham, Oregon is all about community and its local businesses we believe we will fit right in. Our facility is a spacious 3,000 sq ft CrossFit gym with high ceilings and a large roll up door to open up the facility even more.
We have all of the necessary and latest CrossFit equipment and more! I LOVE this facility! The coaches are fantastic. The workout tough (as they should be) and the members honor the Crossfit code of being inclusive and welcoming new people. Soooooo happy to have found this place! I was in town for the week working, and was lucky to find this gem of a box to make my week even more awesome;.

5 rounds for time : Ten vertical jumps ( jump as high as you can, land and do it again) 10 kettle bell sumo high pulls.
5 rounds : 30 second handstand against a wall 30 second static hold at the bottom of the squat.
5 rounds for time : 30 second handstand 60 second squat hold ( at the bottom of the squat).
