I started in the fitness field in 2009, working mostly in corporate fitness, and have fallen in love with the rewarding nature of the industry.
My passion comes from seeing the success of my clients and the individuals that they effect and inspire.
Over the years my training style has developed into a very moderate and movement oriented approach to exercise.

I found my passion for exercise at a young age when I realized the advantage strength and conditioning has on the body and the edge it can give over whatever physical task you deem necessary.
My interest led me into competitive lifting and physical competitions to see where my training and skill sets could take me.
I have seen success while competing in powerlifting, Olympic lifting, and functional style competitions.
While questing for improved knowledge and skills it let me into working with others in the health and wellness eld.

Having 10+ years training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, it has been my goal to do everything in my power to increase my longevity within the art.

After attending my first Strongfirst Kettlebell course, I knew this was the path for me, I was hooked.
