With a focus on performance, health and longevity, we work to empower women who are no longer looking for the quick fix of the past but rather are focused on adding more years to their lives and life to their years by embracing a behavior based approach to health, happiness and fitness.
Prime Fitness and Nutrition uses small group training to help members build strength, cardiovascular fitness, bone density, flexibility, and cognition through a variety of functional movement patterns performed at high intensity in a safe and controlled environment. We work only with women and specialize in training methods that are specifically beneficial to the female population.
We are a nutrition-based whole woman program. You will learn what you need to know to age with power and grace. We will break down bone density, Alzheimer's, menopause, sexual health, cancer, stress, mobility, heart disease and more. Each month, members learn how to think about these big, looming issues and they leave feeling empowered by the knowledge they've acquired.
