After we have a clear and concise measure of your fitness journey and your goals, we will assess you, using our specialized functional movement screen (FMS). Based on your results, we can fully customize and tailor the correct fitness program for you.

Rye health and fitness was founded in 2009 by Dennis Briscoe, with the understanding that hard work and discipline can transform anyone into the person they strive to be.
In 2018, Mike Doody, an Army infantry veteran became a partner.
Dennis and Mike, along with the RHF training team, use a variety of training methods to produce "goal-specific" results.
They have developed training techniques that keep clients having fun, while producing the results they are looking for.
These techniques, along with a clean, sustainable and balanced diet of whole foods, help clients of Rye health and fitness accomplish their goals.
All of the benefits of an in person one on one session, done in the comfort of your own home.
Whether you are traveling for work, going on vacation, or simply enjoy virtual training.
There is no need to worry about falling off your fitness journey, we have you covered.
Our trainers are equipped and have a wealth of experience training virtually.
