The heaviest I've ever seen the scale was at 265 pounds. I've lost more than several pounds since I started CrossFit, but since mid-January I've lost 30 pounds and it's still decreasing!
I know that I'm destined for more and will not stop working for it. I know this is something that can't be accomplished overnight and I know this isn't a temporary fix. It's now a lifestyle and something I accept, but I now know I'm not alone. I have found what I need to succeed and I hope that maybe me sharing might possibly inspire someone else.

CrossFit Holly Springs opened in the Summer of 2013 as a place where all athletes - no matter the skill level - could come together in one encouraging community to become the best version of themselves not only through exercise, but also thorough the genuine and supportive friendships made within the gym.

On-Ramp Program - Any new member that signs up with CrossFit Holly Springs, and is new to CrossFit, will be required to attend three (3) one-on-one sessions with a coach before entering a regularly scheduled class.
This will leave you informed, motivated, and eager to start.
Core Program - Coach-led class environment with unique programming each day utilizing the core movements of CrossFit.
Each class is designed to last one hour including time for warm-up, technique and strength work as well as the planned WOD.

Ronnie Young and Kevin Rampley are long time members of CrossFit Holly Springs and became owners of the gym in February of 2019.
Ronnie and Kevin are veterans, first responders and share a friendship of more than 20 years.
Their goal is to provide an unparalleled environment where all members can reach their fitness goals, no matter their starting point, then continue to set and achieve new challenges.
