I always saw huge potential in people and loved watching others succeed at crushing their limitations. I grew up in a family of teachers, helpers and healers and noticed my potential to guide others to what they wanted in life. I chose to become a Coach because understanding how the body worked came naturally to me and I wanted to share my knowledge and gifts with others.

I've been a Coach for over 20 years and love my life working with people creating lasting relationships around health and fitness. Kettlebell Foundations takes you through the essentials of strength training with a Kettlebell. Learn how to properly execute squats, deadlifts, lunges, overhead presses, rows, push-ups, planks and other core developmental exercises.

This is where I start everyone to make sure a solid foundation is created and to correct any imbalances that might of occurred from past years of training incorrectly. Kettlebell Dynamics is the next step along your Kettlebell journey with Kettlebell specific exercises like Get Ups, High Pulls, Thrusters, Shouldering, Swings and many more functional movements that only the Kettlebell can create.
