The owners of RISE GYM are a husband and wife team who are both Doctors of Physical Therapy with years of strength training, weightlifting, and personal training experience. We are proud to be working with an accomplished team of certified personal trainers who are ready to help new members of all ages and all fitness levels. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, we look forward to helping you meet your goals!

Dr. Sean Harris worked as a personal trainer for 5 years while receiving his undergraduate education at the University of Texas at Dallas, where he also played 2 seasons of Rugby. Sean graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman's University in 2015. He then went on to complete a Residency program specializing in Orthopedic Physical Therapy in 2016.

Following graduation from Residency, he went on to receive his Fellowship from the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Therapy. In 2016, Sean went back to graduate school at Texas Woman's University to pursue his PhD with emphasis on low-back pain.
Services
When I was medically discharged from the Marine Corps in 2008 I found a strong passion for fitness.
I furthered my knowledge and education by becoming certified to share my passion with clients, regardless of age.
I am able to tailor workout plans and services based on individual needs.
I specialize in high volume workouts with relatively low weight, to ensure proper form to reduce the possibility of injury.
Haley holds a BS in Health Science and a minor in Business.
She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.
