All Goals Fitness is the brainchild of a man named Robert Petrucelli. I have known "Bob" for the better part of ten years now, and I can admit, without hesitation, that he is one of the most knowledgeable trainers alive. A lifetime student of the game, and a shining example of "practicing what you preach".

I am a fellow personal trainer as well, and have a long-standing professional and personal relationship with Bob, we have spent many an hour conversing the intricacies of health and strength and wellness, and I always come away with something beneficial.

Mobility Training, mobility is being able to move your joints and muscles through a normal range of motion to accomplish any daily task or specific sport.
It can also improve your posture.
Which can help with aches and pains and body awareness.
Also it can help with flexibility and visa versa.
Everyone needs to be mobile, but as we age it becomes very important!
Mobility training can be used to warm-up, as part of any training or to help recover.
As you address your entire spine, hip, knee, ankle, shoulder, elbow and wrist you will find areas that need specific work.
Sports specific training from amateur to professional, including, Tennis, Golf, Skiing, Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball, Football, Baseball, Running, Biking, Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, Olympic Lifting, All Fighting Sports etc, require overall conditioning, strength and flexibility to establish a baseline throughout the year.

Flexibility, Balance and Core training, all three of these topics are completely related.
Flexibility generally relates to specific muscles, tendons and ligaments.
Muscles can be very flexible, but tendons and ligaments are not, because they have to hold muscle to the bone (tendons), ligaments (bone to bone).
You don't need to have gymnastic flexibility, just the amount to do daily tasks comfortably or perform your given sport.
We have seen huge bodybuilders do the splits, so much for bodybuilders are muscle bound!
Nutrition and Diet, ALL GOALS FITNESS will teach you about nutrition good fats vs. bad fats.
GOOD FATS, Essential fatty acids (EFAs) which improve immunity, slow aging, improve hormone production and signaling, and enhance well-being.
BAD FATS, Trans-fats are created artificially by bubbling hydrogen gas through vegetable oil, a process called hydrogenation.
It is mainly used to make it useful for deep-frying and packing foods and to solidify the oil for margarine and many baked goods.
