We challenge and coach our clients to achieve both higher levels of fitness and positive personal growth. We work with all kinds of people-all with two important things in common-they care about themselves and strive to be better, just like you. We offer individual and small group training, corporate and team training, and our signature outdoor boot camps.

We balance vigorous exercise and thoughtful nutrition with positive encouragement, and always a dose of fun. We'll establish a baseline for your personalized training plan by incorporating the American College of Sports Medicine health and fitness guidelines and the National Strength and Conditioning Association's standards for performance.

Established by Stevan Krstic, a highly respected and passionate trainer, and a true San Francisco outdoor boot camp trailblazer, Koi Fitness has been helping clients achieve their best and transform positively, since 2006.Our name, Koi Fitness, embodies this mission. According to ancient Chinese legend, the Koi fish represents courage, perseverance, strength, and achievement.

There's nothing better than vigorous team training, and nowhere better to train than the beautiful San Francisco outdoors.
Being a bunch of outdoor-loving fitness pros, Koi Fitness offers intense six-week group exercise programs in the best gym in town - the stunning city parks.
And we offer them year-round.
We can create the right program for you, whether you want to get into shape again or take your already-serious fitness to the next level.
We focus each program on specific muscle groups and fitness areas, always balancing cardio, strength, endurance, speed, agility and flexibility.
Whether you want to slim down, tone up, build muscle or train competitively, we will define a balanced, total-body fitness plan with you.
If you need help recovering from an injury or surgery, we can also create a program to get you on the mend.
Sessions are typically one hour long and include a warm-up, workout, cool-down, and stretching.
We can meet as often as you'd like, at times that work for you and at a location determined during your consultation.
You may prefer to train individually, where your program is personally tailored to your needs and where you feel safe and comfortable.
Koi Fitness works with many companies and organizations, including major airlines, local police departments and tech companies-from established leaders to small start-ups-to provide customized health and fitness training programs for their employees.
The content of our six-week, group exercise programs are individually tailored and based in science to meet your employee goals and individual needs.
All programs are collaboratively designed to be safe, effective and enjoyable.
Koi trainers can also help develop and train a company team to participate or compete in athletic events and challenges.
