My name is Dana Jones and I want to be your Fitness Coach! I want to help you learn how to take your fitness seriously and show you how to achieve a healthy, active lifestyle. Through my respectful, yet firm coaching and training, I will give you the direction, support, and structure you need to help you achieve your goals. My job is to help people find their fitness passion.

Whether it is blocks to your own personal success, fitness or nutritional issues, I can help you progress towards a better you.
My clients report that working with me allows them to effect change in their lives and accomplish their goals.
What is a fitness class and why should you do it?
The main focus of my fitness class is to have fun and get you all in shape at the same time.
The reason why the class is great for all fitness levels is the timed intervals.
Instead of saying "ok now everyone do 20 squats" and watching half the group stand around and wait till everyone is done, I say "do what you can in 60 seconds" and everyone finishes at the same time.
This keeps things moving at a good pace and it doesn't draw attention to people who are just starting out and are not at the same level as everyone else.
Our race series was created to help bring the sport of triathlon to Sonoma County.
These races are short distance triathlons/duathlons open to all levels of ability.
They are an excellent first triathlon and help you succeed in a non-competitive atmosphere.
All are welcome to participate.
Excellent for novices, great competition for the seasoned triathlete.
This event is non-competitive and time is not recorded.
It is designed for you to complete and enjoy.
The sprint is a 400y swim in a body of water in your choice, a 9 mile bike ride and a 3.1 mile run.
