We encourage clients new to our studio, regardless of experience, to start with our Introductory Offer of 3 Private Sessions. This allows you to become familiar with our studio, learn how to use our equipment, and allows us to help structure the best fitness routine for your needs. Some Pilates experience is required.
Small group training (up to 6 participants) utilizing the Pilates Reformer/Tower, weights and other fitness tools for a full body workout.
Each class will have an emphasis on core and full body strength, balance, flexibility and posture.
In this class, you will be guided at a slower pace, focusing on form, alignment and function.
This class is suitable for all levels, modifications will be given for certain limitations.

Our boutique studio, Breathe Diversity Pilates + Fitness, in beautiful Santa Rosa CA, is looking for experienced, reliable, and highly motivated Pilates instructors to teach group classes and private sessions as a part-time employee.
