Specializing in personal fitness coaching for baby boomers and seniors, as well as middle and high schoolers, Kirk Emry is a Boulder-based personal trainer who will help you achieve your full potential. I am a Colorado native and have actively enjoyed vigorous outdoor activities in our beautiful state since my youth. As a highly trained CPT-CSCS, I believe it is my responsibility to assist you in reaching your fitness goals, whatever they may be.
