With over nine years in the health club industry, I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience in overall fitness workouts and healthy nutrition. I know that having a plan and realistic goals are absolutely essential in changing your lifestyle. I will create a personal workout plan that will fit your needs and limitations. I will provide you with a basic meal guide and then will coach you through your eating habits to help you make healthier choices.

I understand as a personal trainer that constant adjustments in workouts are important and essential for results, change, and improvements. The first thing that we will do is to analyze your body type by taking your, measurements and calculate your BMI. With this information we will create a personal workout program and basic meal plan that will fit your needs and limitations.
