If you've ever felt intimidated by a gym, and you NEVER want to go through that again, you've come to the right place. Our family-friendly environment extends from our coaches to our members to our facility itself. Working out is tough enough - so we're committed to making sure it's as fun and as friendly as possible! I enjoyed my time at the 'box'.

From walking in there my first day to leaving my last day I was treated like a family. The coaches were extremely nice and made sure I understood everything. Other members worked with me as well to make sure I could do the movements and gave me pointers on the movements I struggled with. I recommend this gym for everyone they have made me a believer in crossfit and I know when I return to Seattle, I will also be returning to this box!

Awesome box/community! The coaches and members make every feel welcome. This was the first box I've been to several years ago and they do an awesome job teaching you the fundamentals before fully diving into the WODs.

Based on the CrossFit prescription of "constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity, " our CrossFit program combines strength training with the "classic" CrossFit cardio workout.
Sweat incorporates all the best elements of CrossFit; intense workouts, a high-energy group environment, expert coaching, and workouts that are new and different every day.
Sweat is designed to keep you safe and minimize the risk of injury, while helping you burn fat and become lean and toned.
Olympic Lifting, commonly referred to as "Oly, " is comprised of two lifts; the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk.
