CrossFit Bluegrass
CrossFit Bluegrass is not your average gym. There are no machines, no boring routines, and best of all there's something for everyone. Whether you're looking for a fun and effective way to stay in shape or you want to compete with some of the fittest in the world, CrossFit Bluegrass can help you reach your fitness goals. The trainers, equipment and atmosphere at CrossFit Bluegrass will motivate you towards fitness breakthroughs you didn't know were possible.

Workouts can be scaled to meet varying abilities and our classes are designed with you in mind. If you're new to CrossFit, we require an intro session before starting classes so that you're prepared/familiar with the lifts and movements and can perform them safely during classes. Contact us to schedule a private intro session with a coach. This session is a one time $75 fee, but after it's complete you'll have 2 weeks of free classes to try us out.

Once the intro session is complete, you are welcome to attend as many classes as you'd like during your 2 week free trial!

To maximize results, we suggests 2-3 days consecutive training followed by one day of rest.
This ensures proper programming, progression, and physical recovery.
CrossFit Classes produce elite results by effectively combining powerlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing, and other functional fitness movements.
CrossFit is the program of choice for many firefighters, MMA fighters, Olympians, Special Forces personnel, triathletes, and everyday people looking to achieve elite levels of fitness.
Training sessions at CrossFit Bluegrass are designed to push you and improve your fitness level based on your starting ability.

We are excited to host our first Goblin Games Competition at CrossFit Bluegrass!
This event is an individual competition for youth, novice and RX athletes!

The Elite Division showcase athletes who can complete the CrossFit Open as prescribed and have completed in competitions in the past.
This division will showcase the advanced athletes in the Central Region!
The RX Division is for any CrossFit athlete looking for an individual competition.
