Fitness assessments comprise of a series of tests that help establish your baseline measurements and identify your strengths and weaknesses.
In addition, having these measurements will help your trainer determine your physical fitness level to develop your custom training program with attainable fitness goals.
Fitness assessments are a great way to measure your current overall health and fitness.
We conduct this through a history evaluation, Over Head Squat Assessment, muscular strength and endurance test, cardio-respiratory test, as well as anthropometric measurements.
This will serve as a baseline for you to determine your fitness level, goals, and specific needs.
To deal with the current situation, AAAI/ISMA is taking a new and exciting path to certifications allowing for ONLIINE certifications!
Once things are back to normal we will be conducting both new and exciting in-person certifications as well as the online to better serve the AAAI/ISMA family.
