After meeting at their local boxing gym, it wasn't long before they were married and began working on plans to open their own fitness studio.
Chris' experience in the fitness industry, coupled with Nancy's background in business and customer service, gives them the perfect combination to offer a boutique and personalized training experience to their members.

We require all new members to arrive fifteen minutes before their first class.
This is important as we need you to sign our waiver and learn how to use some of the equipment you will be using during your class.
Failure to arrive fifteen minutes early may result in you being rescheduled to a different class.
All of our classes are a full body workout with a mix of resistance, conditioning and core training.
Our workouts change daily and generally are 45 minutes in duration.
Each session begins with a demonstration of the day's exercises to show how they are performed with the correct technique.
