Although we believe there are many great coaching programs out there, no one knows our athletes strengths, weaknesses and potential like we do. We program for the elite and make necessary progressions specific to our athletes short and long term goals. The facility is a strong brick building with an open floor plan. Have Kids? Great! Bring them. We believe fitness should be for the entire family and offer an area where kids can play while you workout. Please email us for more information about which class times provide childcare.
CrossFit Buckroe Beach is owned and operated by Chelsea Greenwood. Chelsea is a mom of three. She has lived in Hamptin her entire life and has been coaching CrossFit since 2014. Her certifications include: CFL1 and CFL2, CrossFit and i99 Gymnastics and CrossFit Weighlifting.
