Neal has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and attended Georgia Southern University where he entered into the Exercise Science program at Georgia Southern University.
By studying anatomy/physiology, biomechanics, biophysics, and nutrition he was instrumental in designing strength/conditioning programs for the football team.
Initially taking the physical therapy route with a goal of applying to a DPT Physical Therapy program thus using his internship rehabing at an outpatient clinic.

Flash forward 17 years later, 16 years in the Army National Guard, a degree in Exercise Physiology from Georgia State University, and having earned many of the most regarded certifications in the fitness industry.

As a competitive MMA and Muay Thai fighter, and current NFC Flyweight Champion, she developed a passion for fitness that she decided to turn into a career after earning her bachelors in Exercise Physiology from SUNY The College at Brockport in upstate New York in 2015.
Following graduation Chloe spent time in a cardiovascular and pulmonary rehab facility working with a variety of patients either post-cardiac episode, battling chronic pulmonary disorders, or struggling with morbid obesity helping them to rebuild strength and pulmonary function in a clinical setting.

His passion for fitness started when he was a sophomore in college.
Before that he didn't like to exercise or even sweat.
But he felt like things in his life wasn't going so good so he wanted a change physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Exercise was his outlet of letting go stress and any other negative emotions, which in return has helped him improve on himself everyday.
He was tired of being depressed and not liking the way he looked, so he started to lift some weights.
His passion for fitness started when he was a sophomore in college.
