Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is much more than a form of martial arts. Our classes teach confidence, positivity, build community and develop long lasting friendships. SUPLES is a unique training method created by Coach Ivan Ivanov. He developed the proper training equipment for the development of wrestling-specific strength and conditioning.

Classes are taught by our experienced and dedicated coach Iskra.
Students usually start each session with warm up, followed by body stretching including the head, wrists, torso and feet.
Exercises in Judo include Nage Waza (throwing techniques) and Na Waza (ground Techniques).
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a dynamic martial art, contact sport, and self-defense system originally formed from the traditional ground-based techniques of judo from Japan.
Through the adaptations and teachings of Carlos and Helio Gracie, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu came to be its own art and is now adopted and practiced around the world.
BJJ differs from other martial arts in that it provides solutions for all possible stages of combat.
Other disciplines like Tae Kwon Do or Karate focus on striking and rely on a person's strength and speed to deliver damage, but speed and strength doesn't matter when you're on your back.
