At Olympian Fitness, we're on a mission to make America healthy and active again. According to the CDC, adult obesity increased from 30.5% to 42.4% from 1999-2018. This is a staggering number, considering obesity brings a substantial amount of negative health conditions with it's diagnosis.

We believe in leading by example, and it's our responsibility to help flatten the curve of obesity, get people in shape, and help the population become healthy again.

1 on 1 personal training is excellent for those who are new to exercise, want to learn about the intricacies of fitness, or want personalized attention and criticism on how to exercise correctly.
When I started my journey into fitness I knew I needed help so I hired a trainer.
Danny started training me and immediately I was very happy to have him helping me. he was very knowledgeable, friendly, motivating, encouraging, and I could always count on him being there.
I have been training with Dan for over 2 years who helped me target my upper body goals: strength, proper range of motion and aesthetics.
Dan is well knowledgeable with weight lifting and proper form, which are my weaknesses.
