What we have found is that each member has a specific limit that changes from day to day and is largely affected by things outside the confines of the gym. Rather than encouraging people to put all effort into a workout we do our best to figure out what approach works best for each person in the gym and what push they need in order to progress in the way that is most beneficial in his or her life.
If you want a place where someone cares about your success and will push you and encourage you and teach you, then this is the place. I have never once felt comfortable in a gym but this is more than a gym, it is becoming my way of life. I 100% recommend MVMNT to everyone that wants to learn how to move better. Every group training session is led by an Experienced and Certified Trainer and is designed to be fun, high energy, and challenging so that you have fun and get in a great workout.
During these group workouts, we will focus on functional movements that mimic things you do in your everyday lives.
We will get you outside of your comfort zone, and do so without compromising your ability to safely conduct the movements used in the workouts.
We will constantly be ramping up the intensity of your workouts based on your ability to properly movements.

Membership hold requests received later cannot be processed until after the forthcoming scheduled renewal payment.
