Whether you are a high school athlete trying to improve your game, a parent that wants to be able to do activities around your house or with your kids, an Olympic athlete, or a grandparent wanting to keep your independence, CrossFit is a program that can be done at any level of fitness, from beginner to advanced.

We are not your typical gym that you may be used to going to. Each day there is a new workout posted on the board that EVERYONE will do. We prepare the individual for General Physical Preparedness (GPP). If you want to lose weight, get stronger and actually be fit, our program and experienced coaches will help you make that happen. Everything about CrossFit is challenging, no matter what your fitness level is.

CrossFit Ambition is one of the original CrossFit facilities in Rochester.
We started in a 2 car garage in 2010, transitioned to a 2300sf location, then to where we are now in a 4500sf location.
It has been an incredible journey, starting with equipment purchased on Craigslist and only a few clients.
From then to now, we have been able to see hundreds of people's lives change.
CrossFit Ambition is more than just a gym, we are a community of support, education and encouragement to help reach your goals.
CrossFit Ambition is more than just a fun place to work out; at each class you'll receive a guaranteed personal instruction during every workout.
We take the guess work out of your workouts and provide you with constantly varied, functional workouts that give you the results you've been looking for.
