Whether your goal is to get fit, learn boxing, or improve your skills, we've got you covered! We welcome all skills levels. Our team of friendly and experienced trainers will help you to meet your goals. Through group fitness classes you will develop your cardio, strength, and boxing skills. If you decide you want to learn more or desire a more personalized workout, we offer private training!

We believe that positivity, knowledge, and experience are the keys. Come by the gym and see for yourself! Our trainers and staff are experienced, qualified, and motivated to help you meet your goals through group fitness classes and personal training. All of our trainers are successful amateur boxers and USA Boxing certified coaches. We use our experience to create an environment that is both fun and productive!

We promise an outstanding, individualized fitness experience for every client that walks in our doors. Whether your training is boxing or fitness oriented, we will provide you with the resources you need to meet and exceed your goals.
Services
Our 60 minute group fitness classes combine cardio, strength, and boxing technique.
They will increase your endurance by providing a boxing oriented workout.
All skill levels are welcome to these classes; from beginners to experienced boxers.
Typical group fitness classes will include a warm-up, shadow boxing, mitt work, bag work, technical skills, and strengthening exercises.
Private training sessions can occur in 30 or 60 minute blocks with a trainer of your choosing.
Private training integrates the same great workout from our group fitness classes but with more personal attention.
Monthly unlimited classes as well as monthly open gym run on autopay on the same day every month.
We never charge start-up or cancellation fees.
Memberships can be cancelled at anytime with 30 days notice.
If you are interested in joining the gym for one month only, let us know upon sign up and we can make sure your account does not automatically renew.
These 30 minute classes are designed for kids ages 4-7 and will teach your child the basics of boxing.
Our kids classes integrate fitness, skill, safety, and fun!
Our 30 minute youth classes are designed for ages 8-12 and integrate boxing technique, fitness, and safety.
Youth classes add a boxing focused approach with an emphasis on fitness and skill.
Classes are designed to meet the needs and expectations of everyone regardless of skill level/experience.
While we do not offer child care, we welcome kids anytime.
If your children are old enough to be unsupervised or lightly supervised (by you) they can hangout in the seating section near the front of the gym while you workout.
We also offer classes for kids ages 4-12.
