Our founder, Awan Johnson, is a licensed massage practitioner, National Academy of Sports Medicine Corrective Exercise Specialist, and father of three.
He started Travelers Health and Wellness to offer group fitness, private training, nutrition guidance, and massage therapy for those living life on the go.

Frances (Fran) Kao is a movement scholar and theatre veteran who invites humans to play and practice embodying their own artistic, athletic, and activist selves.
From 1998, alongside a 17-year career in professional theatre and arts education, Fran has developed multiple opportunities to study human movement techniques and systems.
Since 2015 her life work has focused on human wellness and wholeness.
She commences her practice by starting with where her clients are in the present moment, with their, body-breathmind exactly as they are.
Jamila found her love for fitness at a very young age.
She ran track in middle school, high school and college.
After college she taught fitness classes, began personal training and developed proficiencies in yoga and pilates.
She possesses a wellrounded approach to fitness.
While living in NYC she continued her fitness education counting professional dancers and Broadway stars among her clients.
Above all, she relates to WW's (weekend warriors)-those everyday people pursuing the strength and energy to enjoy life to its fullest!
