Sarah's life has been devoted to sports and athletics. With a well-rounded background in the fitness field and a Personal Trainer since 1994, she has extensive experience in different fitness settings: health club, physical therapy, corporate fitness and in-home. As a lifelong athlete, she enjoys running, cycling, paddle boarding, hiking, yoga, tennis, triathlons, and meditation.

You name it, she's tried it! Sarah has developed a special interest in working with people with Parkinson's disease and has worked with Parkinson's clients for over 24 years. She continues to expand her knowledge of Parkinson's specific exercise through continuing education, including training at the University of Milwaukee (Parkinsonism, Retraining the Brain Through Exercise), Delay the Disease, PWR! Fitness Training, Allied Team Training for Parkinson's (ATTP) and Rock Steady Boxing.
