It's Working out opened its doors in 2011.
Prior to opening It's Working Out, founder and self-professed science nerd, Kristen McAuliffe, had been a personal trainer and group exercise instructor for 20 years.
She had seen lots of exercise fads come and go (she can still rock the "aerobics grapevine" and feel free to ask her to show you her vintage Shake Weight).
Once Kristen was exposed to the TRX Body Weight Suspension methodology, she was hooked.
Literally -- hooked.
In the early days of the studio, you could find her hooking her TRX straps to swingsets and trees all over the city, introducing Cincinnati to this revolutionary and effective workout.
Follow the program we prescribed for you and we guarantee 10-15 yard gain in 10 weeks or your money back.

If new to our program, we will get your TPI Assessment, IWO Evaluation and report completed as soon as possible so we can track your progress.
Ideally, schedule the screen first so you can learn more about us and our program at your appointment.
We are flexible on times to meet with you to learn more about our golf program or for the TPI screen, but we reserve mondays 5:00-7:00,T hur 10-12 & 4-5, Sundays 11:00 to make scheduling easier.
Our regular New Client Class deal but with a before + after 3D body scans so you can track your progress.
Scans expire 5 weeks from first class.
