Thriving is greater than simply living. When we exercise, we make ourselves better at the things we love to do, and are then ready for our next BIG adventure. In the magic of us - we do our best when we work together as a team, cheering each other on. Classes so fun, you'll laugh as hard as you'll sweat. Join from any computer or mobile device, to stay active, stay healthy, and stay connected.

Parkinson's-specific training and classes to improve your quality of life and slow the progression of PD. Now virtual, so you can join from home! Our 2021 Vision is dedicated to our dear friend, Fran Operchuck. Fran was a FORCE - despite of (and inspired by) her 20-year battle with Parkinson's disease, she lived every day with purpose, determination, compassion and humor.

Fran NEVER gave up and rarely complained, and would often approach strangers who were clearly struggling and remind them that they are strong. Her magic was in her ability to connect with others, to see their heart, and to show them that she was rooting for them.
Services
We are an experienced group of fitness professionals with a deep passion for helping others to not just live, but THRIVE.
We bring our sense of humor and adventure to every class and training session, and help a wide variety of clients reach their fitness goals.
We specialize in chronic/neurological conditions like Parkinson's disease, helping our clients with targeted exercise to improve quality of life.
We train as a team, so you get the benefit of our combined creativity and expertise.
You'll have a primary trainer who works with you most often, but will have the rest of the team available to you if your schedule and/or goals change.
We are a proud team of fitness nerds!
We LOVE working with clients who have neuro conditions (Parkinson's, dementia, stroke, brain injury), autoimmune issues, old/new injuries, and other complex situations that allow us to use every morsel of our combined expertise and creativity.
Most of us need ongoing training after physical therapy ends: that's where we come in.
We'll coordinate with your therapists for an easy transition, keep you consistent with your home exercise, and help you continue to improve.
There is substantial research to suggest that progressive aerobic exercise may be able to slow down the progression of Parkinson's disease, because it can offer neuro-protection, keeping dopamine cells alive longer.
PD-specific exercises can also promote neuro-plasticity, which enables us to relearn movement patterns and regain our ability to move, play, and thrive.
Having trouble doing daily tasks, or your favorite hobbies?
We incorporate functional, PD-specific adaptive training called PWR!Moves into our training, which will help make activities of daily living easier and more enjoyable.
