Our mission is to inspire and promote healthy lifestyle changes through a motivating and well-equiped facility! Fuel Fitness HIIT is a results focused fat loss and muscle building fitness class. With only 45 minute sessions, our camps are able to deliver body challenging exercises that produce amazing results. Our camps use a combination of weightlifting and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) along with active rest training to build lean muscle and boost your metabolism for over 36 hours after a workout.
Every class is led by an experienced trainer who can modify or advance all class movements making it the perfect workout for all fitness levels! The classes are designed to be high energy, extremely fun, and a dash of challenge so that you maximize fat loss and muscle toning. All of our classes are set in a group setting which helps increase motivation and creates a fun loving family atmosphere of group accountability.
Fuel extends far outside our doors though with fun group outings and events to give back to the community, our Fuel Fam are always looking for ways to get together and have a GREAT time!.
