There is something for everyone with daily fitness classes and year-round recreational sports leagues.
Whether your game is basketball, racquetball, or volleyball, we offer both open gym play and seasonal sports leagues. Downtown parking is available anytime in any metered space, which is free before 8:00 AM and after 6:00 PM, or at Kleman Plaza, which is one block south of our entrance. If you park at Kleman Plaza, you'll already be warmed up when you get here.
Parking beneath and adjacent to Downtown Fitness is reserved for First Baptist Church of Tallahassee. However, these spaces are available for use before 7:30 AM and after 5:45 PM.
