Whether your goals include functional restoration, overall fitness and weight management, or the safe improvement of skill and ability in a specific sport, we will develop a custom fitness program, specifically tailored to help you meet your goals.An initial functional assessment leads to the development of a personal profile that will enable you to receive a custom exercise program from your personal trainer.

We offer dynamic fitness training and coaching for individuals at all levels. Custom rehabilitative / restorative exercise fitness programs. Safely recover from surgery, illness / injury, or learn to manage chronic medical conditions. Senior adults face special concerns when seeking to maintain fitness, manage weight or recover from an injury or illness.

Jeff, a certified personal trainer holds multiple health and fitness certifications including that of Titleist Golf Fitness Instructor.
First, you'll fill in the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire.
This is a standard document that allows us to verify whether you should check with your physician before starting or continuing your fitness program.
In-Home Personal Trainer service is provided for the following municipalities: Albany, Schenectady, Troy, Rensselaer, Cohoes, Clifton Park, Loudonville, Niskayuna, Delmar, Colonie, Latham, Guilderland, Rotterdam, East Greenbush, Scotia, Malta, Luther Forest, and other towns within a 15mi.
Health screening and fitness assessments are given for each new client.
Follow-up assessments will chart your individual progress.
