By focusing on proper movement and mechanics we work to reduce the risk of injury and increase efficiency whether you are moving furniture, enjoying outdoor activities or participating in elite level sports. Our goal is to improve the quality of life through fitness, social interaction and community. While the work we perform in the gym can be fun and enjoyable, the ultimate goal is to express our fitness outside of the gym for many years to come.

Yesterday I was out of town at my first CrossFit Competition. I met John and Lauren at the competition and they treated me like I had been a member of CrossFit Spur. I wanted to say Thank You for the coaching and support. I would recommend Spur to anyone who asked! The best decision I have ever made regarding my health was joining this Crossfit Box!

If you have the drive to make yourself better, the coaches and other members at Spur will propel you straight to success with their support and compassion. A wonderful community that I'm so grateful to be a part of!

CrossFit Spur classes are designed to provide a solid foundation of functional movement for people of all ability levels.
Our systematic program is built around fundamental compound movements, but includes all aspects of fitness in order to create a well rounded athlete both in and out of the gym.
This one hour class consists of strength programming, accessory work and drills to improve proficiency in the clean & jerk and snatch.
Open to all athletes, Barbell WOD classes are scalable to any ability level just like a CrossFit WOD.
