I have always been very passionate about health and fitness.
My primary education includes a BA from UC Santa Barbara (Major in Biology/Pre-Med) and a Masters Degree in Science (Eastern Medicine).
I spent many years studying the human body, and then practiced Eastern Medicine to help people achieve health through lifestyle changes, nutrition & acupuncture.
I was always fascinated by the fact that simple nutritional adjustments & exercise could often cure my patients of their many ailments.
In 2008, I started teaching group fitness in San Diego, California.
This 21 Day Program is designed to help you lose weight & get your nutrition dialed in for your best health!
This 3 week program is ONLY for clients who completed the new ETB Phase 1 & 2. Designed to help you get back on track if you need help dialing in your nutrition & workouts again.
