The Athletic 4 Life facility is located inside of Sculpt Physique, in the Heartland Plaza Shopping Center next to Cover 3 Restaurant and Bar, Redds's Barbershop, and Face to Face Spa.
There is ample parking in the 4 story garage, and we validate should you need to park above floor 2 - just bring your ticket.
Sculpt Physique Fitness allows our patrons access to locker rooms, day lockers, and the studio rooms when classes are not in session.
No membership is needed unless you would like to attend any of Sculpts's 35 weekly class offerings.

Fridays were chosen because of the RED campaign.
The idea for this charity at Athletic 4 LIfe was spawned by Dr. Grove Higgins' charitable work done in Colorado with Lifequest Transitions.
Dr. Higgins worked to help our Veterans assimilate back into society using Z-Health principles built into a fitness setting.
If we can provide any assistance to our Vets we are excited at the opportunity to do so.

Clients have access to the showers, and locker room inside of Sculpt Physique Fitness (where we are located).
Shower towels, and body wash are complimentary, however no shampoo is provided.
