Our 6 unique phases were created by combining all 4 strength modalities - strength, hypertrophy, power and endurance. Each phase rotates on a weekly basis, making our workouts extremely diverse and the perfect tool to keep you progressing.

All programs include: a complete fitness assessment to evaluate your strength, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, and biomechanics; a nutrition assessment and guidance; continued support from your trainer to help you reach your goals.We offer custom personal training programs designed to get you noticeable, lasting results. Our mission is to spread happiness through health by providing our clients with results in a comfortable, community-focused environment.
Services
Students improve strength by using higher resistance, multi-joint movements, leading to an increase in lean muscle mass and stronger bones.
Expect heavy weights, low reps, and slower movements.
Students improve hypertrophy, sometimes referred to as toning, by performing high tension movements to produce a burning sensation.
Expect moderate weights, moderate reps, and prolonged muscle tension.
Students improve endurance by performing prolonged movements, building the ability to resist fatigue.
This aids in reducing the risk of injury and leads to an increased resilience to exercise fatigue.
For years, I was doing my same gym workouts, rotating between machines and weights where I wasn't seeing a difference.
Not good or bad.
Next Phase was convenient to my apartment and though I wasn't a fan of group fitness, my boyfriend and I gave it a shot - quickly realizing it was on of the hardest workout we've ever done.
Next Phase soon became an addiction for us both and changed my mindset of group workouts.
Even in a class setting, the trainers make your workout feel personal.
They will start to recognize you, push your fitness limits and encourage you through every class.

Bobby holds two separate nutrition certifications with focuses in sports and exercise nutrition as well as weight loss.
Having an extensive background in the fitness industry, he applies his knowledge of human physiology and behavior change to nutrition, helping people efficiently achieve their goals through clear and personal guidance.
Using the latest technology, Bobby shows clients their current metabolic rates (calorie usage) and explains exactly what they need to do in order to reach their goals, whether it be weight loss, improving metabolism, adding muscle, toning, or training for a competitive event.
