Leah has been a Top Trainer in Southern California for the past 15 years.
Before becoming a fitness coach she started out her career as a professional dancer in New York City, performing in numerous Broadway National Tours.
After she had her son she moved away from performing and began teaching Barre Fitness classes.
Seeing her body quickly get stronger and feel better she fell in love with fitness and the positive results she and those she was teaching were experiencing.
In search of more, Leah began trying different training methods one of which was High intensity interval training.
