Program consists of three one-on-one classes with a personal coach to provide an assessment and intensive breakdowns of movements to ensure proper form and technique, both for your safety and for you to have the best experience for future workouts.
All non-experienced athletes must enroll in and complete our Fundamentals Program before joining our GWOD classes.
