Each 45-minute session is personalized with your goals in mind and is led by a certified personal trainer. Small group training is a less expensive option than personal training. Our small groups are made up of 2-4 women who have similar goals. We offer a wide variety of fitness classes for women of all fitness levels. These classes are taught by some pretty amazing women who love empowering women in fitness.
