Juana - I just wanted to share with you some of my thoughts this home stretch of our 8 week challenge.
Let me start by saying "thank you".
Thank you for being so motivating and for believing in me; thank you for being so honest and transparent with your own struggles; thank you for sharing your successes - both big ones and small ones; thank you for giving me a kick in the booty when I needed it and for being proud of me when I achieve an accomplishment.

I am a fitness fanatic, wife, mother of 4 & studio owner!
I have spent the past 20+ years in Corporate America managing both large & small groups.
I have obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Business Management-summa cum laude and an Associate's Degree in Business with Honors.
I also hold several certifications including but not limited to, Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Boot Camp Fitness Instructor, Kettlebell, Tabata, H.I.I.T., Zumba and more!

Steel-cut oats cooked in black bean broth, black beans, sweet onions, green peppers, tomatoes, hardboiled egg, chili powder, cilantro.
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon parsley and 1 teaspoon basil evenly over the bottom of the baking dish.
