You must notify us of appointment cancellations 24 hours prior to your start time to avoid being charged for the full service, tax, and gratuity.
If you miss the cancelation timeframe and are charged, you have 7-days to make up that appointment.
We have a 72-hour cancellation policy for groups of 3 or more.
The point of contact for appointments with two or more guests is held responsible for any cancellations of each guest.
